David Winchester, MD, MS

Dr. Winchester is a Professor of Medicine at the University of Florida College of Medicine and Staff Cardiologist at the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center. He attended medical school at the University of South Florida, internal medicine residency at the University of Virginia, and cardiology fellowship at the University of Florida. He is the Associate Program Director for the UFCOM Internal Medicine Residency Program. His research interests include health services and clinical investigations of noninvasive imaging and appropriateness of care. He has served in a variety of leadership roles for the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, the American Medical Association, and the American College of Cardiology.
